We use these details to assess and answer your request and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. General business correspondence and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interests.
Where your inquiry goes
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s database for MadeByMelle to review. Hosting and infrastructure providers support this processing, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. If you contact us by email, your message is also handled by our email provider, Google. We do not sell your personal information or publish your inquiry.
Retention and international processing
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Ask us if you would like your inquiry removed. The hosting and email providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable data protection arrangements; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
Cookies and external links
This website does not add advertising pixels, optional analytics or embedded social feeds. Images and portfolio films are served with the website. Hosting or sign-in services may use necessary security or session cookies. Clicking Instagram or opening an email application takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Your rights
